We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Decu. The staff were lovely and helpful, we appreciated their kind help when my husband realized he lost his drivers license the first night. Breakfast was a highlight, I loved that we could get coffee and filtered water 24/7. We opened windows at night to let the cool air in. It was surprisingly quiet only one night we heard neighborhood music. Not bad for a city of 22 million people. Loved everything, even the candies in the front lobby!

Casa Decu is beautiful and such a lovely place to stay and relax. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooftop area is especially beautiful and there is an excellent continental breakfast as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying here and will definitely return! The only issue was the bright hallway lights above the bikes—it would be great if they were turned off earlier, around 10 PM, as they made it hard to fall asleep. The blinds in our room didn’t fully block the light, which added to the difficulty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to restaurants and a lovely park with all kinds of activities going on throughout the day and evenings.. Quite noisy outside though throughout the day and evenings, even with windows closed. The bathroom shower and floor tiles really need a good clean, grout was quite dirty. Could use more soap bars, used, the same little one throughout a one week stay, never replaced...No fans either and was reluctant to leave windows open. A mildew smell was quite evident at times. Had to ring a buzzer every time we came back and wait for a doorman to open every time.

Casa Decu was in a great location. Super walkable to everything. We stayed in a room with a bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen and living room. It was perfect for my husband and 8 month old. We were able to get a crib for a fee and the continental breakfast in the morning was lovely. Also really enjoyed the roof top! Only con was that there was no air conditioning and we were all dying at night trying to get our room cooled off! Mexico city can get pretty humid so be prepared!

Casa Decu is such a gem! I loved the Condesa neighborhood. Lots of great eating options, cafes, and transportation. The staff was super helpful and lovely in providing assistance with taxis or questions. I’m excited to return and would definitely stay here again.

Casa Decu is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The locatiom is in a very safe neighborhood with shops and local places to eat. The room was cleaned daily and everything was in working condition. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel was so great! Super walkable area. There were restaurants, cafes, boutiques, grocery/convenience stores just steps away. The free continental breakfast was super delicious and included coffee, tea, fresh orange or hibiscus juice, yogurt, granola, toast etc. The rooftop patio (where you could also get breakfast) was super cute with lots of seating options. The staff was really friendly and helped with bags and any questions you might have. One thing to keep in mind is there is no elevator at this property so you will have to take stairs up to the rooftop for breakfast or to your room if you're not on the ground floor. But we knew that when we booked so it was no problem :) Would definitely stay here again!
