Everything was perfect, except for the fact that they stole a high-end t-shirt during my stay. When we reported it to the gentleman, he said he was the one that had cleaned the room. Then we asked where we could report this and he said that we could wait around for the office staff to come around as they don’t have set hours. And then with a smirk, he said they weren’t going to do anything about it anyway. Also, didn’t eat the food as they were handling everything without gloves. They also don’t have safes in the rooms. Everything else was great!

In the center of the city, small but comfortable rooms. No ac but fans available. Local food stands and convince store close by. Close to city historical center and other tourist spots. Loved it and would stay here again in the cooler months.

The staff were very approachable and friendly. They messaged me before my arrival to check in and address any questions I might have. They also helped me with securing a taxi to the airport. Friendly staff, would 10/10 recommend to family and friends, and will be staying here on my next trip to Mexico City.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. I was not happy at all. The receptionist was never to be found. She only answered that one day when o arrived. Never met her. The service was so terrible. There’s more but I will not say I will not stay there anymore and I will not refer anyone to stay at this hotel.

Todo excelente, Reyna muy amable al recibirme y al despedirme. La única observación es que el internet es una falla constante, no podía conectar mi laptop a la red y tuve que poner mis datos ya que agarraba señal por momentos solamente a pesar de que había routers alrededor.
