We changed here after another property we were staying at didn’t respond for an entire week (we wanted to extend a day but they wouldn’t even respond) that being said - we stayed for 1 day and very much appreciated their quick service - ease of checking in/out as well as the nice thought to give us ear plugs in case we could here outside. The property was clean and conveniently located in Polanco. Would probably pick a different location next time because it was a bit small but that’s more a preference.

todo bien. solo el tema de la puerta que estaba descompuesta y el tema de la tele que no tiene cable, solo streaming y pues uno debe de poner sus contraseñas para poder verlo, y que pasaría si no cuento con acceso a ninguna plataforma.?? si es importante tener un sistema de cable

Highly recommend

We were so happy with our stay, the service was great and always felt safe and secure. The reception was available 24/7 as well as the really nice door man, extra plus for answering WhatsApp messages so fast when we were not at the hotel. There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before. Put a bit lower on cleanliness because our under sheet had several stains but we had two of them so I just put the other one over.
