By far my worst ever travel experience. Paid in advance for 9 days, messaged the hotel twice to inform them of my flight delays. Arrived at the time I had told them I would arrive at they cancelled my reservation leaving me to wander around on the street at night looking for another place to stay. Horrible experience and horrible customer service!!

I’ve stayed at this property several times and most say it’s a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. It’s also located in a very central area. Not too far from anywhere you’d like to go by foot or car.

All of the staff was so awesome! They made our stay perfect. Room was comfy, bed was wonderful! The little beverage fridge was good to have in the room since my husband needs his insulin to be refrigerated. Food was good in Cafe Reforma. Always has something that I liked. This was our second visit to this hotel and they are still my go.to for Mexico City. ♥️♥️♥️

Housekeeping was fantastic! Truly the best I’ve ever had. They were very attentive! Front desk had upgraded me and were very helpful. The doormen could have been more helpful but were kind & had nice smiles.🙂 Breakfast was excellent, along with the service. The property is a little dated but not bad. Overall this hotel was great & I’ll definitely look to stay with this chain in the future. Thank you!
