The staff are excellent and very helpful. The property is clean, although a little dated. Everything you require is available and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor space is like a little oasis in the middle of the city.

The property was nice and clean, location was ok, it is right next to the airport. Staff was nice overall, my only complaint is the lack of Tourism enthusiasm or knowledge from the staff. It would be nice if the staff could make solid suggestions for places to visit, eat, maybe provide a map, point out main attractions, etc.

Shuttle was very good. You need to meet at their tiny office on the lower floor of the airport, between gates 3 and 4, next to a Starbucks, across from Volaris, and in line with the bottom of the "up" escalator. You *must* report there. When we arrived, we were told there were 8 people ahead of us, so we had to wait a while for another shuttle to depart. When our time came, we were all escorted to gate 4 and told which shuttle to board. It was quick, convenient, and easy once you know how to access it. The hotel is OK, no garbage cans in or around the lobby so we were stuck holding our empty Starbucks cups while we checked in (which was quite slow). No clear instructions given to get to our room, nor how to get to an elevator, so we ended up wandering around for quite a long time. The room was OK, but this hotel is really not good for amenities. There was a small coffee maker, but it was in the closet sitting on top of the safe. Only one cup and only one package of coffee. They like to say it's the "hospitality industry", but this is really NOT being hospitable! We had to share the cup of coffee in the morning, after finally realizing we also needed to carry it into the bathroom to plug it in! No outlet in that closet. My goodness me. Also, only two tiny bottles of drinking water in the bathroom. A measly 330ml each. Nowhere near adequate considering the state of tap water in the country. Again, not hospitable. Not worth the money they’re charging.
