Excellent location, kind and friendly staff, rooms are spacious but cold ( we stayed on the second floor). They never offered a real solution to the temperature issue, like changing to a room on a higher floor. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices for all. Having a Starbucks on site was a plus! The rooftop pool area was beautiful with great views and a gym.

Honestly there was absolutely NOTHING I would change about this hotel other than I wish I would have booked this place last time I was in Mexico City. They were beyond accommodating, friendly, willingly helpful and just a all around positive vibe.

My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater.
