Does everything well. No complaints. Will be back.
This is an older property but well kept and with excellent service. I usually upgrade but the standard rooms are fine. The lobby restaurant has a great breakfast buffet but usually super crowded. Plan to get there early if you don’t have time to stand in line. Overall excellent and I’ll book here again.

Hotel is perfect but policies are not flexible at all. Mistakenly I selected the date by one day only and its understandable that another date could bring different rates even if its just by one day, but on top of it a fine was inflicted being the same amount than a full night. Hence ended up paying the price of 3 nights for staying only 1

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. My stay in the Galeria Plaza Reforma was, by far, the best of them all. Everything from security, to concierge, to room service, to housekeeping, to the cleanliness of my room was amazing. This is one of those hotels that runs that clockwork and treats its guests with a lot of respect and concern. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pedi apoyo para que me ayudaran con la cancelación de 3 reservas que no iban a llegar y por medio de expedía me dijeron que no había tema con ellos pero que el hotel no quería y me cobran los no show. Aparte pésimo servicio de front porque no apoyaron en nada y solo daban largas. La cancelación de las reservas las quería desde un día antes cuando las hice pero cero apoyo. No volvería a ir, me vendieron la tarifa que tenían en la noche porque según no estaban mis reservas y si estaban las 3, so no solo pagué la tarifa walk in al triple de las de expedia sino que también pagué 3 extras por expedía porque según no estaban en sistema
