Tuve un accidente en el baƱo porque el piso de baldosas es altamente resbaladizo, adicionalmente tiene un escalĆ³n dentro del baƱo y otro mĆ”s para entrar al mismo. Aunque los escalones no tienen que ver, es mĆ”s peligroso porque con la caĆ­da puedes darte en la cabeza en ese filo. Adicionalmente si usas el agua caliente, al rato comienza a salir un olor terrible de la caƱerĆ­a. Yo soy muy tolerante pero a eso sĆŗmale la indiferencia de las personas, no recomiendo este hotel. Solo podria recomendar porque estĆ” bien ubicado.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.

This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.

En el alojamiento hay una pareja de gente asiƔtica , que durante mi estadƭa todas las maƱanas estuvieron haciendo ruido desde las 6Am el ruido era demasiado fuerte. Las reglas del alojamiento dicen que se debe mantener silencio pero la pareja asiƔtica tenƭan un ruido faltal , se escuchaba sus estornudos sus risas sus conversaciones desde las 6 am

First arrive, no towels in the bathroom. The shower, either cold water or hot water will come out and could not be adjusted. Reported the issue and Maintenance was call twice but did not fix the problem. There was no air condition on any of the hotel rooms as posted in their website. My room was hot and the receptionist provided a fan

Disturbing

I was trying to sleep, and I couldn't. Noise everywhere. people talking in the patio next to my bedroom all night. The hallway light that allows people to use the shared bathrooms was next to the window, and the light kept coming on an off. I didn't sleep well.
