Dont stay here
They did not have the room at the location i reserved months in advance, never communicated anything until I arrived at the building. They moved us to a location that was far away from our original plans so we had to spend at least an extra $150 on transpotarion during our trip. The rooms dont have air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan so it was extremely hot I could not sleep. To make it worse the windows dont have screens so if you try to open it to let the air flow a ton of mosquitos will come in. I would not recommend trusting this "hotel" chain with your plans. A reservation is called a reservation for a reason.

Location, location
Second stay. Cleanliness is outstanding. I only wish that the beds were more comfortable—very hard—with some extra pillows. Laundry is included if you purchase the detergent. This is extremely helpful and the ladies do a great job. The location is safe and walkable. I will stay again.

Comfortable and clean apartment in a decent location. Few things did not work such as the downstairs key and the shower door. One great thing the apartment includes daily maid and laundry service.

I booked a king bed suit but was given a queen bed. And there was bes bugs (i have pictures to.support it). I called the management but they said they only have Queen bed apartments. I had to get Expedia to call them to get them to change my apartment.

this is not a hotel... apparently these residences are used by people coming to work in DF for the week and then they rent it at a very high price for the week end... Everything is clean, but you have to go to the store for basics such as coffee... Very few restaurants/bars in the immediate area..

This is not really a hotel. It is more like using AirBNB. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one TV, WiFi and a small kitchen. It is located in a nice area. There were three things that are not like in a hotel: 1. It was a long weekend (Monday was holiday) and therefore, they did not clean neither on Sunday nor on Monday. 2. Since it is not a hotel, no room service, no lobby/concierge or anything you will normally find in a hotel. 3. Neighbors were very noisy and the walls are thin.

We loved Grupo King Suites. Our preference is to stay in apartments rather than hotels where we can cook if we like. The apartment is in Polanco, an upscale area of Mexico City and is within easy walking distance to some fabulous restaurants, shopping, parks and museums. The apartment was scrupulously clean and you can have housekeeping come in daily. If you leave dirty clothes in basket provided your clothes come back washed and folded, same day at no additional charge. King bed was very comfortable. The sofa and dining set were basic, but that was of no concern. Excellent WiFi. Excellent water pressure in shower. Plenty of hot water.

We had no hot water. We had to warm up water in cooking pots over the stove to take a shower. We did notify the staff, but the problem wasn’t fixed. We only stayed 3 nights, but those three nights with no hot water overshadowed the good of the place. Very nice neighborhood, although, a bit far from places to eat. The coffee shop right in front was always closed. The place was clean and perfect for our family of four. The WiFi worked excellent and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and equipment. We felt safe....however, the hot water issue needs to be resolved!
