Nice spot in Roma with great staff, room and breakfast. Didn’t have a luxury feel but was very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Our stay at hotel Luca was great, the room was spacious and wonderful, the hotel is walking distance from so many bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice.

The staff was friendly, spoke English and tolerated my poor Spanish. They were responsive to requests and dealt with any issues that arose. It's on a smaller street across from a small park, so traffic is light in the area and it feels safe. It's also close to a ton of restaurants, things to do, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Luca. The location is excellent, in a safe neighborhood next to a leafy park. The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff members we encountered were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location. Easy Uber rides to all the local sites and tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is quasi-wheelchair friendly (steep ramp to enter the lobby) but the rooftop terrace (where the included breakfast is served) only accessible via a staircase.

I had the unfortunate experience of being checked into the the wrong room, a cheaper room, by hotel administrator Rosaura. After we questioned thiis, she responded with in a condescending manner that we booked a basic balcony view when we actually paid for a park view. After, later checking my receipt via Expedia I found that Rosaura had straight lied/deceived us. She was also rushing us through the checking in process and did not have access to the copy room and felt that she was scrambling so she could tend to other matters.

Great choice in Roma
The best part of the hotel was the service. Gonzalez and Ismael at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace was very good as well. The room itself on the 2nd floor was just okay - very large, but cold and sterile. Great location and the restaurant/cafe downstairs serves as a fabulous de facto lobby with very tasty food.

Best hotel Ive ever stayed in. Couldnt recommend more. Incredible location friendly helpful staff beautiful room. If you are going to DF its a must stay. You are walking distance to the best bars the best restaurants and avoid the crowds of the big hotels on the Reforma. Every night was quiet and felt like an escape from the big city but in the middle of everything. Will be staying here every time I go to DF. A 10/10 experience truly.

Excellent location for travel in any direction in the city by foot or Uber. love my kids but glad this hotel was adults only. Included breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and delightful. Rooms were super comfy and super clean - Mid century look. Loved the nespresso (tired of Keurig) and good quality coffee. Small hotel tucked inside/above a cafe w after hours doorman gave it a more personal feel. And every staff member was super nice. There isn’t anything I didn’t like.
