I always stay here every year for 1 night before I fly back to the states because it’s right next to my gate. I never get any rest. It’s loud from being in terminal. Also the hallways always stink like some nasty cleaner or something always. Over priced for $250plus I’m trying the Marriott next time it is also connected to the terminal. Definitely not a 7 star hotel Maybe if your used to stay at a super 8 it is.

Check in was fine, arranged for our shuttle the next day. BUT hotel was extremely noisy with multiple slamming doors, screaming children, shouting adults, etc. We will not return to this hotel and I think it gives the Hilton brand a bad experience.

We checked in and when we open the door of the room, a propane gas smell was intense. We aksed to check the room. Maintenance came over, they agreed the smell was strong, but al they did was spray some odor. It didn't help. I asked to please change room and they denied our request saying they had no more rooms. So I said to then cancel, and no body in the front desk wanted to do it. I request a cancelation and left. We were not going to sleep in a place with propane gas smell... I need to get refunded for this.

Found it strange there was only 1 hand towel in a room booked for 2 people. Found it annoying there was only 1 cup available for the coffee machine in the room. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel
