Return every time

My elderly parents and I spend a night here before returning home from our visit. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, polite, and helpful. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable, making them easily accessible for an elderly person with limited mobility. The room service was excellent.

El sensor contra incendio estaba arriba de la cama, la luz que emite parece flas, molesta muchísimo. La luz del módem se refleja atrás de la cabecera y se proyecta la luz en el plafón. La cama está vieja que parece cuna. El blackout no se ajusta bien al ventanal, de los costados entra demasiada luz. Para mí fue terrible noche.

The property was satisfactory overall. However, the front desk staff were neither friendly nor helpful. Despite having paid in full for a two-night stay, the hotel initially refused to honor the second night due to their check-in policy. After a 30-minute call with my booking agency, the issue was resolved. The room was comfortable and clean, though we had to adjust to the lighting system influenced by the country's green energy standards. Unfortunately, the shower was grimy, and the faucet appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. On a positive note, the breakfast was outstanding and greatly enhanced our stay
