Súper contenta con mi estancia ahí pues estaba en otro hotel cerca el cual pague anticipadamente pero fue decepcionante los cuartos y aunque no me iban a reembolsar nada, decidí buscar alrededor y encontré este hotel que me súper encantó y por el mismo precio que pague en el otro hasta me incluían desayuno buffet y servicio de cafetería las 24 hrs ilimitado en varios productos y bebidas aparte de que la ubicación estaba excelente, la siguiente vez que vaya definitivamente me quedaré en Hotel Canadá Central

This was my second time staying here and just like my first stay I had some issues this time around my TV did not work. My AC did not work. The rioms are really small And management didn’t do anything about this. I’ll be paying a little extra next time to stay Elsewhere

I encountered a few disappointments. Having stayed a sister hotel in the past, I was expecting the same courtesy services. There was an insistence that my daughter was locked in the bathroom because door handle was faulty. The elevator was in not services a few instances as well.

All the staff was excellent. Breakfast and cafe was a bonus. New renovations on the way. Our room was tiny but extremely clean. Walls are quite thin so you can hear the tv next store etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a gem! Amazing friendly staff. Newly renovated rooms and well-working elevator. Bountiful breakfast (included in room price) and a perfect location to major sites, experiences and transportation. Perfect for solo travelers and those looking for an affordable stay in CDMX. We loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and very nice. The rooms are up to date, no issues there. However, we did not know the hotel was under construction. A lot of noise very early. My daughter has a disability and uses a wheelchair so we had to carry her up the stairs because the elevator does not work! Breakfast is on the 7th floor so that was inconvenient for my daughter AND my senior Mother. I wish we would've known this beforehand, so we could've prepared.

Good location, great staff.

ALL the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is one block away from Zócalo, which makes it convenient and safe. The breakfast was varied and good.

El hotel esta en remodelación, no hay elevador y el restaurante esta en el séptimo nivel. Me hubiera gustado que me enviaran un mensaje advirtiendo la situación. El personal es muy amable y educado en cuanto termine la remodelación estoy segura que quedará precioso.

Very nice and respectful staff. The room was very clean. Amenities were great. They offer free breakfast and some snacks free of charge. I really loved this hotel and its close to the cathedral/ zocalo. Diferrent food options close by as well. The only downfall was that the elevator was not working so going up to the 7th floor for breakfast and to our room at the 3rd floor was a stuggle. Othewise, i would have rated it a 5 star.
