The property condition is good for the price. Staff is very friendly, professional, and courteous. It didn't have an AC but with cool nights all I had to do was open the window. The plaza next door has a few homeless which was worrisome at first but they turned out to be nice. Hotel is centralized so I would stay here again.

Seems to be the home for the homeless in front of and around this hotel. Doesn't lend to the average visitor feeling all that secure if one were to arrive after dark at the hotel Other than that it was fine ..rooms are tiny but adequate for our needs and staff were very accommodating . Housekeeping does a good job. We live in Mexico so we were not worried about our safety but more worried about the situation of the homeless some clearly unwell folk sleeping on cardboard and cold cement. So many of them.

I booked it because the location was very convenient for me and I'm glad I did, it was exactly what I expected. It's clean and the staff is nice and really helpful, the property isn't fancy and sounds travels very easy, I'm happy with what I got for what I paid.

El servicio y la atención por parte de el personal es excelente. El edificio en general así como las habitaciones y el ropaje de cama y baño están en perfectas condiciones. Lo único malo fue un cliente dejó a sus hijos jugando hasta las once pm y el ruido en área de los cuartos se escucha fuerte, hubo que poner queja para que parara. También el área alrededor del hotel algo invadido de indigentes pero eso no es culpa del hotel. En general es un excelente lugar por el precio.

An outstanding location close to many points of interest, the restaurant “La Carreta” has excellent food, very convenient, room was always clean and staff was very helpful and attentive .

The hotel is near Zacalo and other historicle landmarks. All with in walking distance and or short ciclotaxi. Only downsides are no AC and remote is mounted to wall but if your not planning on spending to much time in the room greay ecomonic option.

A decent place if you need a place to spend the night on your way to somewhere else but its not ideal if you need to spend more than 1 night The hotel room is very basic and small and the cafeteria is extremelly limited. However its very affordable and in the historic center so you can walk to many places.
