We have to shower early morning, and unfortunately my wife had to do it with a cold water due to wait 30 minutes with open valve before we get a little of warm water, we have to take a shower and took off. Everything else was great!

清掃面があともう一歩だと思いました。
清掃面は基本的に綺麗でしたが、ベットフレームがかなり汚れていて、そこが残念でした。 フロントスタッフやお出迎えのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで紳士的でした。

Terribe experiencia.
Habitacion 1402 Todo empezo cuando espere 35 minutos en hacer un check in. Pero lo puedo entender por que el chico parecia nuevo. Una vez dada la habitacion, nos percatamos que no servia el control remoto, no teniamos silla de descanso, la sabana estaba sucia, en el baño no teniamos shampoo para las manos. En fin todo se reporto a recepcion y se tardaron 3 horas en solucionar los detalles. Para nuestra sorpresa ya estan acostados nos habren la puerta y eran otros huéspedes (resulta que les dieron la misma habitación que a nosotros) La habitacion es ruidosa, todo lo que sucede afuera se escucha adentro y viceversa. Por la noche nos toxaron la puerta y eso nos genero inseguridad. Habia recervado por 2 noches, solo duramos 1. Dejamos la habitación sin importar la perdida de dinero. En general no nos sentimos seguros, ya que por descuido de ellos, pudo haber ingresado cualquier persona a nuestra habitacion y sustraer cosas.

When we got there we were told there is a very nice restaurant on the 10 th floor and a lovely view on the 11th floor. When we went to explore we were told the whole top two floor where booked for a private party for our whole stay and we could not go up except for a quick look. Would not stay there again after this treatment. The private party group are better people than us. I guess they paid a better price than we did and got much better treatment than we did. We were able to look around from the roof top for only a few minutes then had to leave. When we went down to the restaurant we were given the same treatment we could only use the part with tha bad view over roofs.

This property is very centrally located very by Reforma and walkable the Historical Centre. The room was small, but clean and with A/C. The front desk people were not very organized and weren't helpful. It took us almost 1 hour to check in. There was a big group and instead of getting people pre- checked in, they waited until 3:00 pm to start the process. ALSO, I made the reservation from my Expedia account with my credit card on file. They denied the credit card because it did not match the name on the reservation REALLY? I changed the credit card number. My friend was traveling with another friend who was arriving earlier, that second person was added to the reservation, however, the front desk people did not want to check the room until the first person registered showed up with the credit card. In other words, this hotel has a lot of rules and complicated restrictions. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

Beautiful hotel not built for light sleepers.
Hotel is very nice, it looks like it went through a renovation not too long ago so it’s very new looking. Unfortunately the walls and/or doors are not the most soundproof and I could listen to someone listening to music on their phone, singing and laughing until past midnight. I called front desk to let them know and they sent security to knock on their door. They kept it down after that but I could still hear them laughing and talking. In the morning I could hear the alarm from the room next door at 5am. Walls are definitely not very soundproof. Not a great place for light sleepers. Other than that staff was great, place was beautiful and location was excellent. Won’t probably stay there again since I doubt they’ll be making the rooms more soundproof.

The property infrastructure maintenance doesn’t get a 5 star for me but it is clean and attractive. The location next to the park and walkable to Bellas Artes and the Zocalo (at a push) is really in the middle of so much that is wonderful about Mexico City. Plus it is close to Hidalgo subway station. If you chose to take the subway from the airport you must take the yellow line which is accessible by a red city bus near to door 4 in terminal 2… pack light because there are no elevators
