We chose this property above all others around the airport because of the Expedia ratings. I was utterly disappointed, the room was EXTREMELY dirty, clumps of hair EVERYWHERE, all throughout the bedroom and bathroom, big enough they could be picked up with a napkin, stains in bathroom floors sinks and through out the room, dust all over that hadn't been cleaned for days maybe weeks. Found blood stains in the sheets and hairs, when i asked for water at the front desk was told could only be purchased for $40 pesos per small bottle, however another member of the staff told me where to find free water. Also was woken up at 5am by the curtains being rolled up by themselves, and they kept being rolled every hour or so. Overall TERRIBLE experience, would not recommend at all! Stay elsewhere! The only thing good about it was the transportation to the airport but if you care about cleanliness at all do NOT STAY HERE!

The room is very comfortable and excellent if you're traveling for work. The staff's service is great—I made a reservation mistake, and they corrected without any aditional charges so I could rest. The restaurant and its service are excellent. I would definitely stay here again, as the hotel offers great value for our money.

This hotel itself is quite nice - clean, roomy, separate toilet and shower rooms, frequent shuttle services to/from the airport, etc. But the surroundings are a different story - not many restaurants and shops, far from any Metro stations, streets full of garbage, loud noise from the birds on the nearby trees, cracked sidewalk, etc.

Room was GREAT, but couldn’t hardly sleep over the loud noise all night…room service was EXCELLENT ! Front desk staff 2 females not friendly at all, asked 2 questions and were very cut short not friendly at all.. but boy did they talk about there personal issues. At check out guy was friendly and courteous including the shuttle guy!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Gran Prix Hotel. It has comfortable, modern rooms and a great restaurant on site. Everything is clean and updated. It’s close to the airport. We recommend it to our friends.
