I liked that it was close to Plaza Garibaldi. Which I went to enjoy the restaurants and the Mariachis. What I did not like, was that the AC was not working. It was so hot that I had to open the window with the possibility of a bug getting in.

No A/C. I asked several times throughout my stay for a fan but they refused. The heat is unbearable and there was mold in the restroom. They turn off the lights in the garage area at night and Ubers refused to drop me off inside the hotel at night because of this. The WiFi is really slow and the breakfast server was rude to us. My final complaint is the noise level but I love mariachi so it gets a pass

La plaza donde se encuentra el hotel está muy bien, muy céntrico y el desayuno está bien. Único problema es que el hotel no cuenta con AC y no tiene abanicos ni renta de ellos.

its always lively at night but can get annoying if you are not used to loud sounds while sleeping. AC does not work but overall its good. Breakfast could include more options.

Very very nosey Music being played early evening to early morning or you dogs barking and all sorts of fans going on and on Do Not Book Here -no one cares here even Expedia No Refund No Credit for my health I checked out Spanish countries hard to get your money back Terrible Staff relationship No Care At All Terrible breakfast same thing ever day No toast just bread or Melba toast if you are not early they ran out of food too bad fir you Most staff come and get plates full of scrambled eggs and just eating with their fingers Disgusting I travel a lot this was the worst I have experienced in Mexico

I stayed in the balcony room. If you’re particular about noise, obviously don’t stay at a hotel right in the plaza! If you’re down to have a safe place with a good view and close to the plaza, this was a great option.

In general we have had a good experience. However there something needs to be improved. The main issue we had was with the super limited breakfast, there were only a few options and they were not delicious or they had no taste. They could make something that international guests enjoy, too. At least boiled eggs please !!!! Their services during the breakfast was very average, too. Not enough cups, bowls, etc and you had to wait someone might recharge it sometime. And finally non of them speaks English !!!!
