The location is perfect & the staff is friendly. However, The bathroom of the room does not have a door and the pillow were of the bed were not good. If you stay here ask for room that has a door in the bathromm

it’s a fairly good place to stay. However, because this hotel is on La Reforma, Occasionally, there are events that close the road and make it hard for taxi or other Uber type services to the hotel.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the location is central making traveling around the city is easy. The hotel has a boutique feel with charm and character. Where some slight improvement is needed is addressing some general wear the property has received since it opened five years ago. The towels need to be replaced. They are soft but only because they are old and have been washed many times. There were also loose/cracked tiles in the hallways. Nothing huge, but definitely should be addressed before they get worse. One thing to be aware of when booking is that housekeeping is locate on the 5th floor. If you are looking to sleep in, request another floor because all of the cleaning staff and their carts gather in the hallway making if pretty loud for 9am. But overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

The floor need to be cleaned. I walked barefoot for 1 minute my feet were black with dirt!!!!
