Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I did not like the service in front desk. They charge a lot for extra guests and are not very good at customer service. We where 3 guests staying in a double room and they did not provide towels for all guests. I called front desk to request towels and shampoo and was told that housekeeping was changing staff. I waited and never received my request. Over priced and did not receive good service.

Solicitamos via telefonica, un par de almahodas y toallas extra, en 2 ocasiones y me dijero que me lo enviarian y no recibimos respuesta, baje a la recepcion solicitando las almohadas una tercera ocasión y nuevamente fue ignorada mi petición. Es lamentable que el personal en recepción no cumpla con las expectativas de sus huéspedes. Además olvide un cargador en la pared...Habitacion 310 inmediatamente lo reporte a mi salida el 19Mayo 2pm y al dia siguiente me dijeron que no estaba. Obviamente alguien del personal se lo quedo... y lo que no es tuyo, no puedes quedartelo, a menos que seas un ratero. Ya no contraten rateros en su Hotel. El Hotel cumplió, con sus instalaciones, habitaciones cómodas, excelente television, baños modernos, estacionamiento y el personal de limpieza se esmeró en tenernos una habitación limpia. La comida en su restaurante es excelente Y decidimos probar sus villas, y tambien fue buena la experiencia...

En Expedia decía que podía hacer el check out más tarde sin ningún problema y no era cierto, tampoco tenían burro de planchar y me consiguieron uno que no le servían las patas, al hablar a recepción se escucha un ruido tremendo que lastima los oídos, no me puede conectar a internet en la habitación.

Lugar promedio, buena relación con respecto al precio que pagas, lo que no me gustó es que las "villas" son cuartos de Motel y se escuchan sus ruidos en la noche ya que quedan abajo de los cuartos de hotel. Control de tele y plancha tienes que dejar 200 pesos en depósito por cada uno si los quieres usar
