Hotel is ok for one night if you want to be relatively close to the airport. Room is clean. Small. Dark. No fridge. No coffee maker. No ice. Would not recommend.

We stayed 3 nights and liked Hotel Marabella very much. Everything was well maintained, and the restaurant was excellent, very nice to have on site. The hotel is also in walk-in distance of a number of cafes, restaurants and parks.

Room was a good size and very clean. Good climate control. Quiet for the most part. Breakfast was okay, with a buffet of Mexican cuisine and custom made eggs and pancakes. Would have been nice to have some regular croissants and whole wheat bread.

Nice location, noisy rooms, clueless staff

We had to change rooms because our first room, although having a great view, had a horrible noise problem. It was mostly due to poor insulation. The windows in this hotel do not fully seal. Our next room had the same issue but it wasn’t facing the street so it was quieter and of course now no view. I also asked for tissues 4 times for my girlfriend who didnt feel well and they kept saying they would bring it up and never did. When I told them about this at check out they said they thought I said tshirt. I don’t really believe this though because each time I asked I made the movement for sneezing. Otherwise the hotel is nice and in a good location close to restaurants and transportation.

Updated Hotel, clean rooms,friendly staff. Great location, within 20 min car ride to airport, walking distance to Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, 20 mins by car to most places of interest.
