Also stayed a few years ago- it had not changed much. I think a refresh is in order. Street side is noisy. The lighting is dim. Electrical outlets inconveniently placed on the headboard. Turn-around shower. TV control is strange and Wi-Fi is weak. Very clean. Staff is nice.

Very clean and quiet room with (admittedly) no view. Lots of great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The only major downside I would note is that there was no room fridge.

I rate the property at three star… Some staff was very friendly. Front desk not so much. Housekeeping was amazing and technical support for our TV was also amazing and very prompt. Unfortunately, we did have to call front desk several times to fix our TV.

We stayed 3 nights and liked Hotel Marabella very much. Everything was well maintained, and the restaurant was excellent, very nice to have on site. The hotel is also in walk-in distance of a number of cafes, restaurants and parks.

Room was a good size and very clean. Good climate control. Quiet for the most part. Breakfast was okay, with a buffet of Mexican cuisine and custom made eggs and pancakes. Would have been nice to have some regular croissants and whole wheat bread.

Nice location, noisy rooms, clueless staff

We had to change rooms because our first room, although having a great view, had a horrible noise problem. It was mostly due to poor insulation. The windows in this hotel do not fully seal. Our next room had the same issue but it wasn’t facing the street so it was quieter and of course now no view. I also asked for tissues 4 times for my girlfriend who didnt feel well and they kept saying they would bring it up and never did. When I told them about this at check out they said they thought I said tshirt. I don’t really believe this though because each time I asked I made the movement for sneezing. Otherwise the hotel is nice and in a good location close to restaurants and transportation.
