ya to en le hotel como en el hotel pésimo porque yo hice la reservación y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron los del hotel que yo no tenía ninguna reservación ahí y dándoles el número de confirmación me dijeron que no que no había ninguna reservación a mi nombre entonces tanto como el hotel como tanto ustedes en Expedia mal servicio y necesito que me regresen mi dinero

Este es un hotel bonito con excelente instalaciones y muy buena ubicación. Tienen muy buen servicio y el staff del hotel son súper amables sobre todo las afanadoras. Son muy atentas con la gente. El almuerzo está muy surtido y las personas que atienden el almuerzo son muy atentas, amables, y te atienden con lo que necesites. Solo un problema. Me quedé en la suite junior y la regadera del baño desgraciadamente se tiraba toda el agua afuera porque la puerta de vidrio no es lo suficiente grande. Esto fue un problema a diario. Se les recomienda hacer una mejoría en ese aspecto.

I would like to give this property a higher ratings. It’s an old run down Hotel that needs improvement. Property does not look like the pictures. Room was good size but lacking some lightings, it’s very dark in the room, there’s a smell constantly come out of the bathroom, free breakfast was not great either. Staffs were ok but not very friendly and don’t help much may be due to language barrier. We can’t use the restroom on the ground floor as it was under repair. Over all this Hotel is OK, you can’t beat the location, it’s very walkable.

I was located by the Zocalo/Main Square so I walk to most places. Avoiding Uber. The area was safe and I felt welcomed in the area There was many options for food, I saw a many food stands and restaurants to choose from.

Great location only 1 block away from zocalo, such a cute hotel with helpful staffs. However, it always smells due to people smoking, and the rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, plus our room was facing the street so it was really noisy.

The hotel was in a good area close to stores, food options and only a short walk to el zocalo. It was very convenient to get Ubers from this location. The hotel itself was cute, not too big and our room was a bit small but very cozy and clean. The elevator is a bit small(2 ppl max) which meant you had to wait for us to come to your floor for a bit but we didn’t mind. My only complaint would be that the staff at the front desk are not very excited to help guests check in/out. Most of the times I needed to speak with the front desk they would be taking amongst themselves and were not attentive to the guests waiting to speak to them.
