i was impressed with the room, simple and very well designed. Great bed and linen which is why i chose this hotel. The linen and great pillows. The shower was just what i was hoping for, with good strong water pressure. The lighting in the room was well designed. I wish there were english tv channels to choose from but I know, I am in Mexico... but its a hotel! Its in a good location as well. I gave 2 stars to staff only because I asked for a 6:45 am morning call and never got it. I did get some excuse about the flow of traffic of people either arriving or departing. Morning calls should be sent via the in house telephone port and easy to schedule and program. All in all, good hotel for the price of the room. Nothing like a good night rest.

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mexico City, without question. Great location, great staff, excellent room, with a very comfortable bed. Very tasteful hotel overall without being pretentious and stuffy. Excellent cake for the cost.

Great place to stay, would go back.
The hotel is in a great location and the room was nice. We enjoyed the view rooftop patio, the big tub in the eoom room was great,and the attention to detail was nice. In the elevator there was a picture of pancakes, eggs and bacon so we decided to try the restaurant in the hotel, we waited a long time to get a coffee, when we did get the coffee it was cold - like ice cold, we asked for another. it was only luke warm, the Manager on duty didn’t seem to care. so for the next couple days we had breakfast at VIP’s, its only two doors down from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, to bad the restaurant is not managed the same as the hotel.

I would like to give this hotel 5 stars but unfortunately due to a few staff members, i’m unable to do so. This has been our 2nd time in a year visiting and the great staff members are still there but so are the terrible ones. I want to recognize Ernesto, Jorge, Sergio and Irene. They were always so polite, very informative and accommodating. The complete opposite of the rude, cold and disregard to guests that David and Fernanda provide to us. They never said hello or even looked our way this visit or last visit. They appear to be bothered by guests, unwilling to even speak to us. I’m surprised they are allowed to work the front desk with their fidget personalities. The breakfast( if Fernanda allows it) is very good. The attitude she gives you is unwelcoming at 9am. The rooms are a nice size, just a little dark, it could use more lighting but overall very nice. The hotel is clean and modern. There were a few days we wanted to have tea or coffee with a few pastries at the hotel but the eye rolling from David and under his breath comments when we inquired was discouraging. So we went across the street to Starbucks every night instead. Location is great and we would consider staying again next year. The

Hotel is really comfortable, modern and rooms are very modern. Staff was really nice and attentive. There is only one thing I would like to bring to the manager's hotel, and that is that the window courtain is almost transparent and at night the lights from the corridor don't let you have a good rest. Maybe they should put an extra layer for the nights.
