I would give this hotel 5 stars as I have stayed here several times and it is a beautiful hotel and very professional staff but I think it is very tacky how they ask you to leave your ID at the front desk when you request a iron to use. I asked for one and it was quite a process. I also think its tacky how they have someone go to the room at checkout and inspect the room when you are checking out and they come down to the lobby and tell the desk staff if they can release the deposit. I have stayed in historic area for many years as I go once a month and they all have iron and ironing boards in the room and they never make a show at check out. Other than that this hotel is perfect and close to everything within walking distance

This hotel is a walk away from basically anything you need. Everything is basically about 3 blocks away. Street tacos Los Coucuyos is half a block away. You have everything you can possibly need within a 10 min walk
