The location is great, staffs are kind, hotel is chic and clean. But the vanity faucet is very weak with slow water flowing. The shower head splashs too wide. Beside these, the hotel is very good.

It was my first visit to Mexico , and when I booked this hotel I did it on the basis of the many positive reviews. The rooms are very clean and spacious , the washrooms are renovated and clean , no problem with hot or cold water . Internet works very well. The location is excellent, minutes walk to the main square of the Centro Historico, all around a lot of restaurants cafes and street food. The hotel is not far from the airport and the staff is also very helpful and polite. The only advice I have for the administration is to provide the rooms with small fridges for a late night bottle of beer when you come back to rest after a warm sunny and wonderful day in this very beatiful city. The ratio price/quality of this hotel is 10/10. I definitely recommend .
