Hotel and restaurant were great!! Staff was super helpful and friendly!! Waiters at the restaurant need to pay attention to their customers more. I say this because I had to wait a long time for the tab, there was 2 other customers that came after me they ate and left before me and I was still waiting for the tab. Once I gave them the money they had forgotten to give me my change until i reminded them. I was the least attended there compared to everyone else..

I had stayed here previously back in April (2024). I had left several items behind. I called and asked if they could hold the items until my next stay, they said yes. When I arrived to check in. I asked about my item. They said they no longer had them. Everyone that works there had. The only reason I booked a stay there was because they were holding my items. I tried getting ahold of the manager and she or he was never available. To make matters worst, we wanted to have dinner so we went to the restaurant they have downstairs. Everything we ordered on the menu they were out of. Very disappointing!

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and the people were nice. Only 1 employe was a little rude September 15 at night when I asked for late check out she said they didn’t had any rooms. Next day I asked a nice guy there and he helped me right away!

I only stayed 1 night. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Room service was good & not very "over-priced", which is the norm. The buffet breakfast was basic and decent. It was nothing extraordinary (but I'd say not bad either). The staff was polite, and several of them were multilingual so that was helpful. The good thing is that they have airport shuttle service to/from the hotel. The hotel is not very far from the airport distance-wise, but time-wise it depends on the pickups/drop-offs of other co-passengers in the shuttle & city traffic, so we have to keep that in mind.

My 2nd stay at this hotel, and next week will be my 3rd stay. Overall very nice. Only thing that you could change are the towels in the bathrooms. They are very hard, thin and worn out!!!

I was in the first floor ,from 12 midnight was bomping and funirture dragging around ,metal been dropped in to the lloor ,it was a nightmare. I WAS SO TIRED. I made several call at the front desk ,the noise never stop ,I use the AC fan in higto block a little the noise

Riazor was an excellent hotel regarding the room comfort and staff. It was so convenient with the airport shuttle service they provide. Drivers and staff are wonderful. Would I recommend them, Yes. The only issue I would bring to light is although the food in the dining area was good and also in the smaller coffee shop, my experience with ordering breakfast from the menu was less then satisfactory. Heads up on ordering Eggs Benedict. It was not traditional Eggs Benedict, They used burnt toast rather then english muffins and the Hollandaise sauce covered the entire plate so everything was smothered in sauce. I had them take it away because I wasn't going to eat it. They still charged for it and would not just the bill. I did show them a picture of what the plate should look like perhaps they would redo it but they only said that was the way they make it. No apologies so I suggested they call it something else.

Hotel Riazor is just a few minutes from the airport but far exceeds the offerings and facilities of a typical airport hotel, and the price is more than fair. The staff was superb, the room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant was good. I will definitely stay there again next time I have a layover in Mexico City.
