Estilo moderno, sencillo, habitaciones limpias y acogedoras, climatizada, con buena iluminación en higiene ya que hacen la habitación todos los días, agua fría y caliente, camas cómodas y a pesar de estar en una zona céntrica cero ruido en la habitación. Excelente ubicación para caminar, conocer lugares muy bonitos e ir de compras. Me hospedé con mi esposo y nos encantó. Sin dudas volveríamos al Hotel Roble. Gracias ☺️

Property is minutes away from Zocalo! Lots of local shops, restaurants, and 2 huge departments all within walking distance. Metro stations were within minutes of walking distance. If you request for a balcony/street view, be prepared for all night noises. Towels can be updated. The negative parts were that there were no lotion provided, face cloths, iron and ironing board. Other than that, I highly recommend it!!

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Overall it has a great customer service; however this time one of the pillowcases looked like it was soiled and the toilet seat needs to replaced because it looks old.

I like the cleanliness of the room. Ismael, the housekeeper, on that floor did an excellent job keeping the room tidy and smelling fresh every day. Front desk staff was also helpful and informative. They gave me all the information I requested during my stay and also called a taxi to the airport for me which arrived in one minute. The only issue I had was that the room I was given at check-in was a bit to small for me as was the bathroom. I was unfortunately way too tired after my trip and just wanted to get some rest so I didn't ask for a change.
