The rooms were very clean. You had to share a bathroom which was clean too. The hostess/greeter Mari Cruz was just the sweetest young lady. She is most helpful for any questions you have. The place was easy peasy and with walking distance to ALL!

As soon as I arrived I went out. The complex is inside an old building in the historic center nevertheless the street that its on feels very unsafe, some suspicious looking men gather outside the building and stare at people. Also they never pick up the phone or give you details on how to check in, I had to wait 20 min outside the wierd looking street for them to pick up the phone and let me in and once inside they took picture of my ID's and a girl came up and walked me through the wierd looking building. Once in the complex it smelled like dirty bathroom and neighbors had the TV at high volume. Also I was not given the room I reserved

We arrived late (9pm) to our reservation. There was no sign for the hotel so we wandered around in the rain a bit until a local told us to ring a bell in one of the buildings. Someone let us in so we went in to get shelter from the rain and figure out if there was someone from the hotel inside. Once again there was no signs so we looked closer at the reservation which had a phone number to call in the fine print. After calling multiple times and being put on hold for a while someone finally picked up said they couldn’t see and hung up. Calling again they picked up the phone and played music in the background without saying a single word lol. We ended up scrambling to find to a different hotel. Next day I called Expedia to cancel the reservation. They contacted the hotel and promptly canceled it, I was hoping to get a refund but no refund was issued. Overall a horrible experience, no signs, no costumer support, we had to wait in the rain and pay same day prices to stay at a different hotel with no refund from this hotel.

En relacion calidad/precio estuvo muy bien! Podríamos considerar alojarnos de nuevo. Nuestro unico detalle fue la incomodidad de una de las camas con el colchon ya algo deteriorado. Como tip para poder regular la temperatura del agua de la regadera: hay que abrir toda la caliente y despues ir regulando solo con la fria constantemente mientras uno se baña. La zona es concurrida los fines de semana por haber varios antros y hay una escuela detras. Hay ruido, pero en la habitación no se oía tanto.

Estadía perfecta para quienes buscan un lugar muy céntrico y con acceso a todo el centro histórico a pie. Me quedó excelente ya que mi autobus de regreso lo tenía a 2 cuadras de un lado, y del otro 2 cuadras de Bellas Artes. Hay bares y antros fuera del edificio pero nos tocó quedarnos en un 4to piso y no se escuchaba ningún ruido. No esperes un hotel 5 estrellas con todas las comodidades, estos cuartos tienen lo necesario y son diseñados para que puedas descansar después de un día completo turisteando y llegar a un lugar seguro para dormir, ducharte y arreglarte. Nos cuidaron el equipaje al terminar el check out, un super plus ya que nuestro bus se iba hasta las 8 pm. El único inconveniente que pudiera puntualizar es que no hay elevador y toca subir maletas por las escaleras. Nos gustó mucho la relación calidad precio del lugar. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar.

Excelente quarto, com uma cama confortável, espaço para guardar suas coisas, mesa para trabalhar, TV com acesso a streaming e YouTube. A internet também é bem veloz. A única coisa ruim é que o chuveiro demora um pouquinho para esquentar. De resto, tudo perfeito. Recomendo!

Llegaron perdonas desconocidas . A las 10 de la mañana mas o menos . Me agredieron fisicamente y verbalmente . Realizaron amenazas contra mi vida . Era un grupo de 4 personas . Sacaron mi equipaje y lo tiraron a la calle . Nunca aparecio los encargados y no recibi ninguna explicacion. Es la proimera ves en mi vida que me pasa algo asi.
