air conditioning worked perfect, the staff is very friendly and attentive. good location, several gas stations and shops nearby, as well as the world trade center being a few blocks away. there are food options everywhere, definitely one of my favorites to stay in while in Mexico City.

Estuve en dos habitaciones distintas y las 2 tenían un fuerte olor a cañería la primera siendo imposible dormir por el olor. El la regadera habían telarañas y cuando le dije a la persona de la limpieza me dijo que si me daban miedo las arañas en lugar de quitarla inmediatamente

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options. The only downside was 2 nights out of 5 days, I was there the rooftop pool was getting maintenance (getting painted) and was closed. Close to public transportation and many restaurants walking distance for dining. 10 minute bus ride to the Angel Monument.

Overall, a decent hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, when my AC wasn’t working, they moved me to a new room and offered a late checkout. One thing to note: there are no (open) bars on the property, as advertised, and the commercial area downstairs can get quite loud. One of the venues hosts all-day techno day parties, which can be disruptive, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Still, considering the location and service, it’s a solid option for the area.

I really liked this area because of the hospitality mainly, the area nearby many restaurants, shopping and transportation. There’s even a pool on the top floor that wasn’t used much plus a weight room. I definitely would return.

The lights in the room wouldn't turn off at night when I was going to bed. So staff moved me to a smaller room with only one bed. So I paid for a "Superior room" with 2 beds and got a standard room.
