The hotel was clean the staff at lobby was condescending but it was a ladywho was very friendly im trying remember her name who was very friendly nice and helpful she made my stay very smooth,the staff it’s respectful and polite but seems they live in constant stress the bellboy who helped me to look for my mom when she left the hotel without telling me (she is old and with dementia) was very kind I’m gonna be very thankful forever to him for what he did same the taxi driver from the hotel, it was a good stay but I think it’s pricey for small rooms and very normal beds,

Excellent hotel in great location!
This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect area of Mexico City, Polanco. It is across the street from the beautiful Chapultepec park. The spa and pool area is beautiful with an outdoor sun bathing area. The breakfast in the main restaurant in the atrium is excellent. Every staff member was exceptionally helpful. Our room had beautiful city views. We loved our stay!

This is an excellent hotel. Would really recomend the hotel overall. We stayed in a Club Room on a high floor. The Club was nice and offered breakfast and a pretty reasonable selection of food in the evening as well as drinks. The service was really good, the staff are all very friendly and polite and the amenties and really good also. The hotel is in polanco which is a nice neighbourhood and you can easily walk to Chapultepec Park and the major museums. Other areas might require transport, mostly by car, but thats normal for Mexico City. Overall a really nice hotel and would highly recomened.
