The room itself was great. Just lack of attention to details. There was a weird smell. A few things needed maintenance, e.g. the switch to turn on the bathroom lights, the wash basin sink was clogged, toilet did not flush properly, and the tissue box was empty.

Staff by the door and cleaning staff are the best , staff at the counter are nasty and careless I was supposed to be at the PH ,and parking was included, they gave us a regular room at the 8th floor and pay about 5 dollars per day for parking, that nasty woman said that the parking is a concession and it must be payed Oh.. don't loose the ticket, its 12 dollars more on top of the fare. I didn't really think ill be back there

The hotel has great staff members and it is clean. Unfortunately, the quality of food of the restaurant on the 2nd floor is not the best. Staff members are attentive but the portions are small, bland and disappointing

Used thong in my bed!!!

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. On our third night, we discovered a thong left in our bed, along with cleaning supplies, which was quite unsettling. Despite bringing this to the hotel's attention, we felt our concerns were not taken seriously. Additionally, while we received water bottles during the first two days, they were not replenished afterward. Overall, the lack of attention to these issues left us feeling neglected as guests.

Can you imagine finding this in your bed? It is a small size so definitely doesn’t belong to me.
