The building is nice but the inside home needs more attention and cleaning crew needs training. The shower is heavy glass and did not close all around the shower was dirty in the bed I found yellow stains and lots of hair. And the internet never works the tv very often was loosing the signal

I’m not sure I would use hotels.com again!
Location is great. The apartment was not clean at all. We found hair on shower wall, on beds and the floor was not swept or mop. Also, the towels were old and bed covers, too.

It was amazing place. There was noise at night from the street but it felt we were traveling and easy to access to restaurant and street food at night. Felt safe when walking the street next the apartment at night. Overall we enjoyed very much.

In the middle of all the action
It was great stay, the apartment was big and comfortable. It was very high up didn’t hear the noise from all the bars and clubs at ground level .

No AC, it’s out of service and not willing to fix it. Was unable to change rooms and heard that other rooms also share the same issue. It is big issue because the city gets really hot! & when booking that information is not communicated and not transparent.

Place was nice but it had no AC. It wouldn’t go below 28 celsius/ 82 fahrenheit and the place had no windows to atleast get the colder outside air. We lasted two days and I had to book another hotel just to be able to sleep. This was ruining our vacation. I reached out to the host and they responded and only said they couldn’t do anything about it. And to contact expedia which is obviously bs. They’re the owners of the place and the only ones that can do anything about the situation. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great location super close to Angel de la Independencia. It was clean and comfortable. Down below you have bars and nightclubs that didn't bother me. Check-in says the latest is 8pm but there are posters 24/7.
