Great staff! They were super helpful always! The room was comfortable, could be a bit hot towards the end of the day, only had a fan to cool off. I would just open the door for a few minutes and it was fine.

On the positive note, it is a fairly mice hotel in excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. On the down side, maintenance could have been better. My room had some unpleasant whiff (mould? drainage?). There are no real windows, only glass door to the patio, which can get very noise on weekend nights as people are back from their outings.

I don't know if it was an original building just improved, but it looked and felt inviting to me..... I loved where we ate breakfast......nature was there to greet me each morning with sunshine, trees, & birds!!! The food was very good along with the good morning cup of coffee. There was nothing I didn't like!

Great staff, good quality breakfast, good beds, everything was excellent, but I believe they should instal A/C in the rooms, after using the shower the room gets really hot.

Queen bedrooms, bath spacious, good water pressure (please conserve) I’ve booked my return. MUY AGRADABLE Encantadora estancia en el Hotel Mx Condesa. Muy acogedor y amigable. Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones diferentes. Ambos agradables. ¡Todo el personal es EXCELENTE! Habitaciones con cama tamaño queen, baño espacioso, buena presión de agua (consérvela). He reservado mi regreso. MUY AGRADABLE Tuve una estancia encantadora en el Hotel Mx Condesa. Muy acogedor y amigable. Me alojé en dos habitaciones diferentes, y ambas estaban muy bien. ¡Todo el personal es EXCELENTE! El saludo del botones (Jorge), recepción (Axel, Víctor y Mónica, el personal del restaurante Marlene, Abraham y Denise y el personal de limpieza (Dani y José). Las habitaciones tamaño queen eran espaciosas, al igual que el baño. Mucha presión de agua (por favor conserve) He reservado mi regreso.

Good: Good location. A receptionist spoke English. Sad: Due to the ongoing wall repaint in the corridor my room stunk. Design of the building, stone floor and stairs make it impossible to not hear voices/noise around reception and cafe area during the night and early morning. Wall sound proof quality allows to hear voices from the neighbour room. Coordination between staff. A receptionist put me in cafe area to charge my phone, in about ten minutes another lady kicked me out because the area was closed. Waiting after check out area has no charging outlets and have sitting space to accommodate no more than 10 people.
