We did not know where to stay in the Condesa neighborhood of CDMX on short notice, but am very glad we happened upon this hotel. We traveled over the holidays and were happy to have a landing place that offered snacks and drinks and a meeting place. The room was great - very large, comfortable bed and great shower. When we visit CDMX again, we will choose this hotel for another stay.

Friendly staff, rooms very clean and spacious. Skybar bartender made excellent drinks and music was good. Breakfast included with room could use some work and staff more training we had to ask multiple times to bring us something for our meal that was not at buffet (milk for coffee, butter, salsa, etc).

Good but very cold room. No way to heat it.
Good hotel, but the room was really cold. I froze every time I stood up. Maybe the glasés weren’t sealed because I Also head noises. In the bathroom there was a mark of an insect, a crushed one, maybe a cockroach? The prize is high and get only 2 glasses of water as a courtesy.

El servicio del personal fue excelente. El servicio del Skybar no fue muy bueno, esperamos para que nos sentaran como 15 mins y estaba vacio el lugar. No senti una vibra muy familiar. Hotel es bueno para parejas pero no con hijos ya que no hay nada para ellos ni en los menus.

The concierge staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, and resourceful. The staff in the bars and restaurants also went out of their way to be gracious and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again on a return visit to the city.
