Hotel being remodeled, needs more work!
Trip happened in December and it was fairly cold. The heater in the room did not work properly, I had to changed room and still the heater did not work.

Although it looks like a 4 star hotel, it’s actually a 3 star disguised with pretty facilities. The rooms although look nice, are uncomfortable, lack basic amenities (trash can in the bathroom, more than two towels, hard beds), and ours had the fire alarm on top of the bed, so all night we had a flash over our heads interrupting our sleep. We were suppose to have a wine bottle as a welcoming gift as part of the Expedia VIP access, and didn’t get it in any of the two stays we had booked. The first night, we were sent to and occupied room, we asked three times for an extra towel (we were three people) and never arrived. It should be advertised as a 3 stars hotel.

If your a tourist just be self aware when there is some kind of money exchange for service especially at night, I had not the best experience due to not understanding a business operation policies . But this hotel is very safe and accommodating to all guest,I was given a room in poor conditions and staff made sure I was upgraded immediately without hesitation witch changed my perspective on how this business operates.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome when we arrived. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with excellent bed quality," The hotel offered great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again. My only observation was the restaurant, The first day, the food was cold, scrambled eggs, and services was not as good as expected. Thanks

I find the location really nice! The famous Handshake speakeasy is literally in our lobby! Also there is a Casa Tono is just arround the corner, I go there for lunch and dinner a few times! Love the location and everything.

Im on vacation and these people are nocking on my door early morning every day. Then 2 more ppl come do the same on the sane day!!?? Cafeteria waiters WERE HORRIBLE!! Never brought my coffee or paid any attention so my last day I just walked off. I stayed there 6 days w breakfast included. I only ate breakfast twice.
