Al momento de llegar y tratar de hacer check in, la persona que estaba en la recepción me dijo que tenía que hacer el cambio de turno y no podía atenderme y que tenía que esperar. Esperé 5 minutos y me acerqué de nuevo a la recepción y ya me hicieron el check in, no de la mejor manera ni la mejor actitud.

I didn't like the customer service at the reception. The rest it's fine. The Hotel is clean and it's fine to go to sleep. Probably they need some improvements in the restaurant MENU.

When we got there we were not explained that in order for the room electricity to work we had to input the key in a power outlet. Once we went back to the front desk to ask, the lady was rude but nonetheless explained. We got up to our room (215) again, and discovered that the shower door didn’t lock. So every shower we took, it was a mess. Floor on the shower was red from bacteria and lack of cleaning. Bed and Pillows were super uncomfortable. 3 pillows provided, 2 so saggy that would sink and 1 so hard it sounded like plastic was inside. The covers were heavy and smelly. I won’t be staying here again.

It is a nice hotel, clean, easy to access and with variety of options around the area for shopping and dining, a bit old in terms of spaces but has everything to have a nice time.

The bed were terrible. Uncomfortable and stiff, Jacuzzi was Uncomfortable awkward to sit in. There was no outlets net to the bed in the master suite.

We booked for a 2 bed and pay for a two bed room. A king bed and a twin bed. They end up changing us again to get an extra bed when he had already paid for a two bed room.

Un hotel bien. Cumple con el precio, no esperes mucho solo lo que pagas, para dormir un par de noches todo bien. La ubicación es buena sobre todo si traes coche (pero eso depende mas de a 'donde vas'). Quiza debería estar en un rango de menor precio.
