From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that made me feel right at home. This family-owned hotel has perfected the art of making guests feel valued and cared for. The service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, their attention to detail was impeccable. You can tell that the staff takes immense pride in their work—and it shows in every interaction. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that reflects its family-owned roots. While it’s on a busy street and therefore you hear lots of city noise, we loved our stay. The rooms were very nice and had a small fridge and a safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evenings. We would go back again!

Very happy with our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the Zocalo and the rooms are very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows as well.

Las habitaciones definitivamente muy bonitas y amplias. Las camas muy cómodas, ligeros detalles de limpieza pero nada que arruine tu estancia. El personal en recepción muy amable y servicial Muy fácil acceso a pie, este es a través del centro LED. Hay varias tiendas en los alrededores Recomiendo muchísimo este alojamiento, si tienen oportunidad de viajar a CDMX y estar cerca de la alameda:bellas artes, etc esta es una de las mejores opciones sin dudarlo

El lugar está bien ubicado, aunque de noche es un poco oscuro el área alrededor, y principalmente creo que deben colocar un buen rótulo, al llegar de noche no se identifica bien porque en el primer nivel son locales comerciales cerrados, esos son detalles que deben mejorar
