La habitación que reservé decía que era con baño incluido y al llegar resultó que no tenían esa habitación y me dieron una normal con baño compartido, los baños para bañarse muy mal, están afuera hay que salir al patio y las regaderas están peor que balneario. Entiendo que es un hostal pero desde que engañan con el tipo de habitación están mal.

Quiero pedir el reembolso de la reserva. Cuando llegamos al lugar para hospedarnos, nos mencionaron que la habitación que reserve y pague por este medio, ya estaba reservada. La atención no fue buena, nos ofrecieron una habitación que no contaba lo que pagué

Es horrible no hubo agua en el mayor tiempo de la estancia y no solucionaban nada, ni en traer una pipa o tener un tanque de reserva, la habitación está totalmente sucia, el baño con restos fecales y vomito, la peor experiencia en un hostal

Fue una experiencia horrible rente una habitacion mixta completa para 8 personas mi vuelo llego a media noche yo avise que entraria tarde y aun asi rentaron mis lugares y no tenian nisiquiera donde acomodarmos , no revolvieron nada al contrario lo unico que hicieron fue decir que pidieramos reembolso en la aplicación a esas horas de la madrugada recalco que eramos 8 mujeres y 1 niña

Sucio, las personas que te atienden no estan y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo a que te abran para entrar y para salir!!!! las regaderas muy alejadas y el baño sucio.

Las recamaras de 3x2 mts. Entre la cama y la pared no cabe ni el pie. Baños compartidos y muy sucios porque son en su mayoria gente indocumentada e irrespetuosa . Mucho bullicio por parte de esa gente. No dan toallas ni nafa para limpieza corporal

Avevo prenotato e pagato una camera con bagno privato (l’unica disponibile nella struttura) ma al mio arrivo ho scoperto che era già stata affittata. Mi è stata data una camera basic con bagno in comune ma alla richiesta di rimborso della differenza di prezzo mi è stato negato e ho dovuto contattare Expedia (dove avevo effettuato la prenotazione) per ottenerlo. La camera affacciava sull’ingresso, luce continua tutta la notte visto che la tenda della finestra era rotta. Non danno le chiavi del cancello principale quindi ogni volta che qualcuno rientra suona il campanello. Le docce e alcuni bagni sono fuori dall’albergo. Per accedervi si esce dalla reception. La notte non c’era acqua quindi i bagni in comune erano estremamente sporchi, pieni di escrementi visto che non si poteva scaricare. Il giorno dopo alcuni ospiti ha lasciato la struttura e ho fatto da traduttore delle lamentele (inglese-spagnolo). Gestione pessima. Poco personale. 1 sola persona al giorno che deve gestire tutto. Pulizie, accoglienza, ecc.

Esta muy bien ubicado, sin embargo, al ser una propiedad relativamente nueva, no se mantiene limpia. Hay mucho polvo dentro de las habitaciones. Hay solo un contacto para conectar aparatos. Es un espacio de 2 por 3 metros. Para sólo dormir... Digamos que vale lo que cuesta. Sin embargo, si quieren mejor comodidad, busquen otro lado.
