Beautiful location and great staff. Room didn’t have a light and had to carry the one lamp around like a lantern room to room. Toilet seat was not attached, no mirror in bathroom.

Our recommendation to improve.
Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

This location is excellent, right in the heart of Polanco. Overall the facilities are in great shape. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast is included in the price. On the negative side, the lighting in the room could be improved (the closet does not have light). There was a missing soap plate in the shower, which makes it very difficult to use your toiletries.

The bad—Property is outdated, beds old uncomfortable, bath towels are stained, sheets had other people hairs on them, pillows were stained, The good—great location, staff is very nice.

This is good property. The room which I had was not big but had everything I needed and was very clean. The biggest issue which I have faced was the noise isolation. I could hear all talkes and every step from common areas. No AC. The hotel offers fans but the fan I had was designed for big areas so I couldn't use it as it was creating so strong flow of air that it was taken off my blanket. It has to be mentioned that the hotel offers nice breakfast
