The view from our auto room was absolutely stunning! The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature was perfect. Overall, a great experience!

I recommend getting a room AWAY from the street as it will be noisy and your patio door does not seal well and definitely not sound proof.

Everything was great. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it. A five star is because there is a lot of noise in the area and since there’s only one sliding door in the rooms, it’s hard to block out the noise. If you are brining a car parking may be difficult The shower was clogged otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely staying there again!!

Check In Process

The check in process was a bit confusing. It seems to be unorganized as they only gave me the key to one room when I had reserved 2 rooms and the receptionist claims that I had only reserved one room. It wasn’t until their colleague was able to verify that I had in fact reserved 2 rooms. Because of that, I had to be charged twice in my card. There seems to be a miscommunication between Hotels.com and their hotel system.

I would not recommend staying here. The bathroom smelled like sewage, so we had to switch hotels after the first night. The bed was also very firm, making it difficult to sleep. Even with the large, screenless window open all night, the room remained hot. Fortunately, the front desk allowed us to pay in cash for the first night, and we moved to MX Grand Suites for the second night. It was a much better experience, with a comfortable bed, a clean room, and no sewage smell.
