The area in general can be pretty loud. We were on the 12th floor and the noise seemed to calm down around midnight. We weren’t too bothered by it though. The space was great and there are a lot of good bars in the area. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure to check out the rooftop view at sunset.

I don’t understand why this is rated 9.4! I wouldn’t even give 4/10. I was put in a dungeon with no natural light and lush bed… got me sick and I actually moved out after 3 days. Expedia was kind enough to refund me the rest but after contracting the hotel like 5 times. The hotel back office is VERY unresponsive. Also the hotel is right on Ave. Insurgentes which is a very busy thoroughfare and no vibe at all to speak off… no good cafes or restaurants nearby. Save your money and stay in Condesa proper or nicer parts of Roma Norte, not ULIV Mexico. Terrible.

We loved staying at the ULIV Mexico City. Our room was good for the entire week without housekeeping as they provided enough towels and we went grocery shopping to stock our kitchenette with breakfast snacks and coffee. Property is well maintained and the rooftop patio is your living room while you stay. It is an oasis up there, so do take advantage. The ULIV is situated in Roma Norte and next to La Condessa, so with in walking distance of bars, cafes & restaurants galore. Easy access to transit or Uber everywhere. We will be back!
