If only for a little warm water…
Amazing! And yet no hot water. At all. We were told to keep the faucet knob to the center, or the right, for 5-10 minutes. That was the fix. 4 days with no hot water. This was apt P on the 2nd floor. The rest was great.

This property is perfectly located in the center of Roma Norte, a short walking distance to Condesa and Juarez. Ultra-modern property under constant security, beautiful apartment-style rooms with full kitchen, and a fresh market right next door for any fruits, vegetables, or odds and ends you could need. So many famed restaurants are within 10 minutes walking distance, this is a perfect place to stay for a first time in Mexico City.

Incredible, unbeatable location near tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. There is even a grocery store/cafe directly next store. The building was very quiet and the staff was friendly. The room was very big, clean, modern/industrial style and well-equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is great. It’s close to many amazing restaurants, taco spots and more. The staff is super friendly. The rooms were clean and you can even do your laundry for free. They give you the soap and all. I will definitely be back.

The whole experience is pretty seamless and hi tech. The suites are modern and the inclusion of a kitchen made it wasy to stay with a kid. The staff (specially Jimena) were also very friendly and accommodating.

Very modern, accessible, daily house-keeper!... air conditioning. Very very clean. Powerful shower (so much so I felt a little guilty knowing the water shortage in CDMX). The door attendants were always present and very friendly. The "one room" was really a one bedroom apartment meaning there was a separate room with king-sized bed and then a sitting room/kitchen with futons. Perhaps the best value apartment/hotel I've every stayed at. Fast wifi and great location especially for us English speakers.

One of the most pleasant hotels I've stayed at. The staff was so pleasant, and the area is top-notch. Make sure you walk one block to Panadería Rosetta for the best pastries and coffee! 10/10 would stay again.
