Me dieron otra habitación que no solicite con camas separadas y no me ayudaron a cambiarlabh tuve que dormir en 2 camas separadas con mi pareja, tambien habia demasiado ruido en esa habitación, ya me he quedado ahi mas de 10 veces y nunca me habia tocado tan mala experiencia

Cute but super noisy

The hotel itself is very cute, it has a nice colourful style and things seem in good condition. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us free beer at check in and had bottled water and a snack in the room which is really sweet and nice. The room also came equipped with an electric stove and you can borrow pots and pans and dishware from them if you want to cook. The location isn't bad, it's kind of at the edge but close enough and walkable. The main problem is the noise, we had a room facing a busy street and it was incredibly loud all hours of the day. It's like having the window open all the time even with it shut. We were very unfortunate to get sick from a restaurant nearby and had to stay in the hotel for two days straight and it made the rest not very comfortable because it was so loud all the time. I would only recommend if you can get a room not facing the street

I like the place is just that it is too new to have a few maintenance issues already! Shower head was all clogged and water doesn’t flow straight down, it splashes everywhere, toilet was loose., rooms are spacious, with fridge, sink, microwave and electric range, very handy so you can bring in your left overs and have’em for breakfast the next day. Doesn’t deserve the 5th star because it is very noisy at night. A few blocks to Reforma. It would be a good idea to have shower curtains for getting a shower floods the whole bathroom. No steam exhaust it’s scary for steam can create an electric hazard trying to turn lights on or off. However I’ll still stay in the same or the Roma location next time. Toiletries are provided, that’s a plus.

Ended up not staying here as the room was not clean. I would not even sit on the as it was dirty, so was the kitchen counters, walls, and microwave. Lighting is poor in the room as well.

The hotel is located right next to a highway so beware! Make sure you let the front desk know to relay a message housekeeping when you’re leaving to explore for the day to ensure your room gets cleaned otherwise they might not clean it. And it’s true, they only give you one roll of toilet paper unless you ask for more.

Stay there for 7 nights. Place is nice . Close to restaurants. No AC in my first room (check if your room will have a working ac)Traffic noise I had to sleep with a white noise music album.
