The hotel's location is unbeatable – it’s within walking distance of Polanco, the historic Old City, and even Roma Norte, making it incredibly convenient to explore some of the city's most iconic neighborhoods. What truly sets Vuestro Hotel Boutique apart is the personalized service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. For example, we were allowed to check in early without any additional fees, which made our arrival so much smoother. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Luis, Daniella, and Lola provided exceptional service. Their attentiveness and warmth truly made us feel at home. Luis, whatever they pay him, should get a raise! Overall, Vuestro Hotel Boutique is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a combination of great location, outstanding service, and fantastic value. I can’t wait to return!

At the time we stayed at this hotel it was brand new. Boutique style in a quiet street, the rooms are very nice size with everything you need. And, close to many restaurants and bars. Three minutes to Reforma. The stuff is attentive and the manager is insight. I will recommend this hotel for those who like to stay in small and clean hotel. I will definitely stay again. They have breakfast too!

This was our first time in Mexico City (we usually go to Cancun or Puerto Valletta) but we decided to do a long weekend without the kiddos and check it out. The manager Gabriela was attentive, kind, and so helpful. Dani made the best coffee and was also kind and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the hotel is walkable to so much! The only downside was that the pool (which is heated) had to be maintenanced so we didn’t get a chance to use it, but the roof top terrace was lovely. It was a perfect location and wonderful experience all around. We would definitely stay at Vuestro again!

My favorite new hotel in CDMX, loved the interior designs of the hotel and rooms, everything is brand new, the staff was super friendly and helpful, location is very centric, few blocks from reforma, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit CDMX.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is brand new, with very spacious rooms, very nicely designed facilities and the sweetest and kindest staff. Hotel doors are locked all day and a security/ front desk is available 24/7. Hotel is in walking distance to Chapultepec park and within less than 15 min to many other beautiful areas such as Polanco, Roma Norte and Condesa. Would recommend for sure
