Lovely staff, wonderful rooftop restaurant, tasty food. Great free snacks & drinks in the lobby. Historic location was great for wandering and site seeing. The concierge, Fernanda, was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were neat, clean and quiet.

Nice Facility But Not My Best Stay

Really nice facility. Liked the 24 hour food availability. Was very difficult to get to the hotel on the weekend due to traffic/road closures in historic center. Really frustrating trying to drive there. Had phoned front desk for help and one of the people told me that I should find another parking option. Other front desk person was shocked I had been told that when I parked elsewhere and walked to the hotel. Expresso machine (pod) was jammed and broken. Think this was an exception/one off. They said they would fix it. Overall was very happy with my room (was beautiful) and the facility. Was really unhappy when I made a reservation at restaurant days before, they made me wait for 20 minutes on arrival on time for 7:30 reservation, even though it wasn't busy, and then tried to seat me at the bar. I had asked to see my table and they made me wait 20 minutes even though nobody else was at the bar when they finally got around to trying to seat me. I ate there earlier and the food was very good, but the the staff up front were smug, unfriendly, and need to do a better job. The staff at the front desk of the hotel and the parking helper was super helpful though and I appreciated their extra efforts. Overall I would recommend, but also want to give honest feedback in hopes they will address issues.

Terrific hotel for tourists!

This is a terrific hotel for tourists. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained. There is an all-day free snack bar, a nice feature. Special thanks to Kenia, who helped with finding a doctor when some health issues arose! I would just make one caveat about room choice. Our room was very small and with little light. It was called a “deluxe” room (a step up from cheapest). I spoke to other guests who had slightly pricier rooms, which seem to have a full view of the square. It is worth it to pay up for a better room.

The food at the 24 cafe was amazing! It offered salad, sandwiches, coffee, soda, fruit etc. the beds were comfy. Room was clean. So many restaurants and bars nearby to eat/drink. Convenient pharmacy next door to the hotel too. All the workers were helpful with food recommendations and excursions. Lots of stores close by to shop. Uber rides available and cheap.

The staff at this hotel is incredible! The rooftop waitstaff were friendly and attentive daily, and the reception staff and door men were always friendly and helpful. Overnight and morning/evening reception went above and beyond during our last night when my partner had a medical emergency. They had excellent suggestions for doctors and pharmacies and were so kind and concerned for my partner. This is my third time at this hotel and we’ll definitely be back
