Raul at reception was very welcoming and made sure to always check on us. The hotel is very clean , everyone working there is very friendly and attentive, they will make you feel like you’re in a five star hotel . We will definitely comeback

What a fantastic jewel in the center of Mexico City. The team at the hotel are wonderful and incredibly helpful. The roof top restaurant does not disappoint.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and attentive. It comes included with free sodas, sandwiches, beer, and more at their cafe. Also, the location is prime. You are in the center of Mexico City.

This Hotel was amazing. The staff was so GREAT and accommodating!! The room was beautiful! The amenities in the hotel were excellent! Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous Hotel! We felt safe and had plenty to do. The rooftop restaurant is a must!

I loved the junior suite that we stayed in! The view was wonderful. The all day snacks at the little hotel café were varied and delicious. We were not able to enjoy the free dinner included with our stay at the fancier restaurant on the sixth floor because reservation was needed. Next time I will do that on the day I book the room. We did enjoy a wonderful breakfast there the next morning and the view is spectacular. The staff was excellent and the food outstanding.

Beautiful property at a great location. We were there for Christmas and right across the zocala square was wonderful. Breakfast was average. The rooms are not well insulated and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallways. Otherwise a pleasant stay !

Lovely rooms, delicious food, excellent location

A very pleasant stay in a wonderfully appointed hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and had a great view. The breakfast is definitely a plus, kudos to the pastry chef I love the pastries. Dinner at the restaurant is also equally great. The location is ultra convenient, except for the fact that it is so central the traffic is intense going in and out of the area. But if you want to walk around everything is within a few minutes walk
