Love this hotel and the employees are exceptional ! Christina at the front desk is a rockstar, she made several changes /accommodations for us that we were really grateful for. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was our fifth stay and we will be back !

The property is centrally locate, within walking distance to shopping, sightseeing and lots of museums. Only issue was access to transportation to and from the hotel but staff was always on top of things to make sure we were able to get picked up or dropped off safely in front of hotel.

Everyone made sure you had a good experience and were very helpful with anything you might need. We need a wheelchair for an elderly person and the hotel provided us one to use throughout the day in the city free of charge which was very nice and helpful. Would come back

Love this hotel! Employees are very accommodating especially Raul! Raul from the very first day has been very attentive, gave us a lot of tips and what to see around the area, very personable and knowledgeable with regards to the area around the hotel and the city. Hotel is pretty. Staff is pleasant but not always so attentive. Rooms are small and not much amenities. Buffet breakfast is good and convienent. Dinner was very limited and the area does not offer too many choices.
