The room and hotel is amazing, spent 4 nights and I enjoyed every minute. Amazing staff and clean room every time we returned, from being out. It’s located in the perfect location surrounding coffee shops, good taco and food spots everything is walking distance. They even provide umbrellas that you could use in case it rains! Would highly recommend and stay here again!!!!

The hotel was well located I. The centre of Mexico making it easy to use as a base for local excursions. There was a cliche to start as we had asked for a vegan breakfast and it was limiting - we asked for avocados as there was no real choice and the staff were looking to charge us. I was unimpressed. The 2 nd day the manager had shared it was okay and would provide us with gluten free bread and avocado which was great The spa was lovely and gym had more than enough equipment. Was a great hotel.

Excellent location and a beautiful hotel. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff provided outstanding service—10 out of 10! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again.
