Over all the Staff were excellent and helpful. Housekeeping superb.

Highly recommended look alot better in person than on the website.

I arrived early 6am and had to wait 6 hrs for the rooms. Although, I was willing to pay extra for early check in but apparently there were no rooms available. We had to wait in the lobby/Bar and kept asking if they had any rooms available and I did so because I would see people leaving but I guess they took hours to get the rooms ready. I felt no consideration from the staff as I had a senior with me. I was assigned rooms completely on opposite ends of the building. One on 1st floor on the west side and the other on the 6th floor in the east side. 1st floor room felt stuffy, dark not much ventilation although there are ceiling fans and window, no AC, outdated. 6th floor room fresher, ceiling fan, window and more light. Size wise about the same just different layout. Location is great, food is ok, same menu everyday but there’s a variety from classic breakfast to traditional Zacatecas food. The building does need some update: Air Conditioning, carpets and bathrooms for the 1st floor rooms I would think.

Staff was super understanding!!! And very sweet!!

Estoy aquí por una noche mas, pero en general lo disfruté, me trataron bien. Las paredes son delgadas peroooo esta bien, me encanta mi vista, la comida y el servicio. Si volveria otra vez.

There were several issues with things not working as they should. TV not functioning. Other issue was the gym not being open on time. Maid not leaving bath towels.

That good for the price
