This property is a complete rip off They have dead mosquitoes Bedbugs As well as they know that they have insect issue and they will not issue a refund. The pictures are a lie. This is one step below a motel!!! And Expedia should be embarrassed to represent this place!!!!

Pour deux notre appartement était bien adapté. Le minimum est là. Le logement àtait très propre. Nous n'avions pas de voiture et nous avons enormément marché, tout est à proximité, épicerie, bar, restaurant. Le point négatif: l'appartement n'etait pas comme sur les photos et un peu passé de mode.

There were several maintenance issues. The dishwasher didn’t work, the hood fan didn’t work, the carpets were stained, a bedside light didn’t work and the elevator didn’t work. After contacting management, during our 2 week stay only one issue was addressed and the carpets were replaced.

Great property overall, we were on the ground floor and the unit was a little dark, not much daylight, wish it was a little brighter. Also, the upstairs units had small outside terrace spaces, we did not. Kitchen great, washer/dryer big plus.

The good and the not so good

Positives: Excellent location. Very close to beach, restaurants, stores. Quiet. Cute complex. Great layout on the two bedroom units. Plenty of room in the common areas. Cool, crisp a/c, adequately stocked with towels, sheets, blankets and pillows, W/D unit with laundry detergent provided Not so great: Paint hanging off of ceilings, sofa had many stains, kitchen/main flooring damaged and bubbled and tripped on multiple times, no toaster or kitchen towels, parking is difficult. It’s $6/hr on the street. We found a parking garage a couple blocks off for $20/5hrs. Deal breakers: Elevator was not working and that was not indicated. We evacuated for the hurricane and had a lot of stuff with us. Climbing three flights of stairs was not easy. No hot water for 2 days before fixed. Again, we chose to evacuate our house and got to Roami for safety and comfort. This was extremely disappointing and felt we should have been offered a bit of a refund. In addition, beware if you have arthritic conditions: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and some cabinetry is extremely difficult to open due to minimal handles. Multiple times we gave up.

Our stay was phenomenal, the bedroom door was out of level and I had to fix it up a bit. My suggestion is that they should put umbrellas up in the pool and be able to offer a park or at least to the tenant. Thank you.

The location was great. The place was old and dingy. We asked for cleaning and sink unclogging but no one showed up. The showers had mold and the walls had dirty finger prints all over.

Title: **"A Nightmare Stay - Deceptive Pictures and Zero Comfort!"What a disappointment! Our stay here was a complete letdown. First, the dirty dishes in our room were a real shocker – nothing like what you’d expect from a place that advertises itself so well. And bring your own toiletries because the ones they provide are the absolute cheapest you can find – hardly worthy of a dollar store.The elevator situation is a joke. It’s been out of order, and the manager claimed they've been waiting three weeks for a repairman. I don’t buy it for a second. It’s clear they just don’t want to spend the money to fix it.And don’t even think about renting a car. There’s no parking available, so you’ll end up paying a small fortune in daily parking fees elsewhere.While the place isn't outright terrible, it’s far from cozy. They’ve spared every expense when it comes to comfort. I wouldn't stay here again because the pictures on their website are completely deceiving and don’t match the reality.Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else. This place is a classic case of false advertising and poor management.
