It was more than I had expected for the price. It was perfect for a one night stay before flying out of Miami. I will most definitely use them again. Thanks for the reasonable pricing, and the no hassle check in and check out. It was clean and convenient.

This property has listed AC as one the features but what they have is a vent from where cold air will blow randomly with no control over it , no thermostat nor anything, making the room either too cold or to hot, completely out of your control. The smoke detector was deatached. Bathtub was rusted and very dirty. Smelled like cat pee. The fan on the ceiling was clanking constantly making it imposible to sleep.

They are only 2 parking slots, first come first serve basis. We could hear the people above us walking around constantly. There is no one at reception.

For the money, this was a great stay. Parking was tricky and confusing but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and found great value at this property. The other guests were noisy early in the morning but obviously not something the hotel can control. The area seemed safe enough but also, keep your head on a swivel.

The place has a comfortable bed some quiet time
First the place is nice some minor things like a broken handle toilet, the door in the back not working properly, the check in ok but the check out not sure how that works I think a better way to check out easier to work better.

This was so bad that we booked a two night stay and left after one night. It is cheap for a reason. If you are looking for a motel 6 vibe or worst, this is for you.

A great hotel at a cheap price that's also walking distance from plenty of store fronts/eateries. Only downside is not a lot of parking, but it's pretty cheap to park a short walk away overnight. Overall, great place to stay for our Miami vacation, will come back!

The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the ocean. The room is clean and comfortable. Only the air conditioning worked very poorly, especially at night it was hot and impossible to sleep

The hotel was very "quaint". It reminded me of a bedroom with its own bathroom. There was plenty of room though. The hitel was situated in a very convenient spot to the beach & also dining & shopping.

Paid for the hotel but Didn’t stay at the property because the area looked sketchy. No desk, only codes to get in. Looked like a transient hotel. Though the guy that called me with parking info was super nice and helpful.
