Fantastic property with excellent customer service. Love the location and ease of use as I’m wheelchair bound. I have stayed twice and will be back for my medical needs. This property is great no matter your walk or roll! The access to a fantastic mall is a bonus.

Hotel is located in very good location in Kendall, just 2 minutes walking from Dadeland Mall Property has nice design and architecture, but our room floor felt like it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, window curtain wasn’t working well and hair dryer rack was broken These things were not big issues, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would address these, and maybe ask to change room if the floor doesn’t feel clean enough

Perfect property if your goal is shopping as it is actually adjoined to the Dadeland Mall. Easy for transportaion. Friendly, efficient and helpful reception staff. The only thing I found off putting was the smell in the reception lobby. I actually thought there was a sewage/drainage issue... turns out that's the properties signature scent .. not sewage / drainage.... an actual perfume that is dispersed to set the mood. Not for my olfactory
