I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. The lack of adequate parking spaces was inconvenient, and the behavior of some guests was disruptive and disrespectful. The noise level was excessive, with doors banging and children screaming throughout the night. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I do not intend to return.

The reason for my visit this time in Florida was due to a lost in the family. I booked a three day stay. My firts two days were ok. Unfortunately on my last one, the AC in my room stopped functioning. Now I'm in Florida during the month of August, its not a pleasant thing if you dont have some flowing air in your room. Im not one to complain, and this actually my first time writing review in my life, when i mentioned it to the desk, i only got the response that it will be noted. Not sure if was done cause the girl went right back to her phone. I had to rush out cause i had to return my rental and catch my fligth. It was really an unpleasant night.

First night ordered chicken wings , received the smallest wings ever . Hardly no meat . Garlic sauce was disgusting. Order carrot and celery salad got a bowl of ranch sauce with celery and carrots in it. Room was ok . Very motel vibe . Sheets stained . I love Marriott properties but this one was a major down fall .

When we get there, the key doesn’t open the door we go downstairs and ask for the key to be fixed. It turns out that the door was not working due to dead battery. We had to wait for engineering to change the battery, Our luggage is still outside and we haven’t been in the room. Next morning, we hear loud music around 5 or 6 AM. Not sure what that was. Also, our toilet was clogged was also handled by engineering. The staff from engineering and housekeeping were very friendly and happy to help. It’s a great location if you want to go shopping, but the property really needs maintenance in my opinion.
