We were given a handicap room without asking for it, but it was too late for us to go get another room so we stayed. The bad part was that the shower flooded the bathroom and the water even went into the room and we had to dry this using the towels. We have stayed in this hotel about 20 times during the past several years and we are very disappointed this time.
