Staff support was outrageous. He gave me the wrong buzzer number. And he didn’t tell me the wifi password. And I wasn’t told the front gate number either. The bed was dirty! Animal hairs all over the bed sheet. No top sheet. And the smallest thinnest blanket you can imagine!! There was black mold all over the shower ceiling! The refrigerators had horrible rotten food smell, it was Nauseating! Total Rip off!! Every place has Something; but this was Pathetic!! Doesn’t Anyone actually take a swing by the properties and Verify?!

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel and couldn’t recommend it more. The atmosphere was super welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. They were friendly, helpful, and always happy to share tips about the area. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and surprisingly comfortable, with good lockers and cozy beds. Common areas were a big highlight — perfect for relaxing, meeting other travelers, or just hanging out after a long day. Everything was kept spotless, including the bathrooms. The location was also excellent: close to public transport, shops, and plenty of great places to eat and explore. It felt safe, social, and well run, which is exactly what you want in a hostel. Overall, this hostel exceeded my expectations. Great vibes, great people, and great value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the area!

It's fine - felt a bit pricey for what you get, but that is likely a reflection of the Miami market rather than this spot. Website claims they offer luggage check, but there was nobody at the check-in area 9 AM to 10 AM and I didn't get a response from the owner until a couple hours later. Rooms could use better ventilation.
